About
Sun Valley in Idaho was America's first destination ski resort, built in 1936 by Union Pacific Railroad. Bald Mountain — known as Baldy — has some of the best groomed runs in North America, legendary Idaho powder, and a beautiful resort town that has attracted celebrities and skiers for nearly a century.
