About
Desert Point on the remote western tip of Lombok is widely considered one of the most perfect left-hand barrels in the world. A shallow reef that produces long, hollow tubes in crystal clear water — when it fires it is absolutely world class. Getting there is an adventure in itself.
The Break
The main Desert Point reef — a long, hollow left that barrels through multiple sections. Take off on the peak and thread the tube as long as possible.
